I’m a birth and postpartum doula, and also support deaf birthing moms. I’ve moderated and participated in a few international birthworkers’ conferences, and have taught a medical anthropology class at Butler University in Indianapolis. This fellowship is an answer to my prayers because I get to collaborate with like-minded women who work towards a better world for women and generations to come.
