You know, for me to be a better mother I think I need to have time for myself – ‘me time’ because sometimes, we as mother’s, we are too busy with everything. At the end of the day we are fatigued and the tempers are so very high. So from now I decide – since I come back early from work, before my children come back from school, I must have my ‘me time’ doing nothing; whether it’s resting, relaxing or reading or doing something that I know I like the best therefore, it will reduce the stress on me. Then when my children come back from school I think I will be ready for them and myself being a better mother. Thank you.
