Nolwazi is a community organizer and business owner from Gauteng. She feels that “if the agenda of economic security for mothers was put forward, it would unlock the economic potential of women through our GDP, and deal with the underlying major socioeconomic issues that face women”. The road to this means, “ensuring workplace justice, development incentives and investing in early childhood”. Nolwazi’s big idea for motherhood involves supporting working mothers and mompreneurs, and ensuring that corporate resources and energies are harnessed to improve the lives of mothers in disadvantaged communities.
