Gosego Kotu-Rammopo is a South African doula and Mamandla Fellow dedicated to creating empowering and inclusive birthing experiences for women from diverse backgrounds, including deaf and hard-of-hearing mothers. Her work ensures that every woman feels heard, respected, and cared for throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Gosego helps mothers prepare physically, emotionally, and financially for their return to work. Through her practice, she advocates for holistic support that reflects South Africa’s evolving parental landscape and the importance of balancing healing, caregiving, and work readiness after birth.
